After holding for ~60 reached a man with a heavy accent (India or Pakistan?) who hung up when I asked the name of his company. Called back and got an error message "Call cannot be completed as dialed".

I find that rude. I don;t want to receive calls from this company.

Wanted to get me a credit card. This is likely an identity theft scam. Caller had an Indian accent. Said they do not use a "do not call" list, and then hung up.
