He claims to be from windows (can't speak English!)and tell you that your computer has a virus and will help you get rid of it. They have to go to a point on your computer which tells you errors, NOT virus' and send you to a website where they want you to download something from there. It's a scam. I knew that from the beginning, I just wanted to see how far this idiot would go.
