Call from VA. Must not know there's a time difference-called @7:422am.. Look up indicates bill collector. Some mechanical noises-no human when asked "Who is this?" so I hung up.

LOL... This one belongs to none other than Portfolio Recovery Assets. They're among the worst of the worst and they deserve a big ole swirlie in the toilet bowl for their evil ways. Portfolio Recovery Assets is an extremely aggressive and thorough debt collection agency that calls at least twice or more every day. They will seek judgements and try to collect on old zombie debts that are way past the statute of limitations and for bloodsucking usurious companies like Bank Of America, Beneficial, Capital One, CenturyLink, MBNA and others that should have died off completely way back when the dot com, housing and credit bubbles popped.
