There was a delay in responding when I answered the phone so it was probably auto-dialed. Claimed company name was Certified Intake Center and that they handled all warranties for Volkswagen. Continued to insist company name was Certified Intake Center, refused to let us speak to his supervisor. Eventually hung up on us.
