Same call as Mike has.... Indian accent or Pakistan... must be scam or terrorist to steal our credit cards.... criminals all the way.

The call started out as automated, telling me that since I was current on my cc payments, I was eligible for a lowered interest rate and to press 1. I pressed 1 and a woman with a thick Indian accent answered and was asking me for my credit card number in order to verify my information and the rate for me. She was very persistent, offering to have me give only 12 of the numbers, the first four, then the last eight, etc. I called my cc and they told me none of their representatives had tried to contact me. This is a scam number, beware.

I received a call this morning and the first thing I heard was an automated system telling me that I was current on my payments and they needed to check my eligiblity for a lower interest rate. When I pressed one to speak with a CSR, I asked them who they were and that I did not have a credit card. They hung up on me. SCAM.
