Called business looking for ex-employee with threats of arrest for some b/s loan. Told dozens of times no longer employed here. Scammers and crooks, do not tell them anything.

They called me out of the blue stating that they represent a client who might take action against me if I do not call. It was obviously a robo-call which in itself sounds kind of shady. I am retired on a fixed income with very little debt and I know all the people that I do owe and none of them have reason to call this or any agency and all of them comfirmed that they did not hire this agency so it is obviously fraudulent and harassment.

My mom received a call today from a woman claiming she was from a company calling about a payday loan she owed years ago. She told my mom she was going to sue her. This is unheard of in my state without being properly served. She said the company was located in Texas but had a Virginia phone ext. I searched Google and found this # is located in Suffolk, Virginia. I called the phone # back and the woman answered with only her first name "Jennifer" she then gave her last name but only when I asked. She said her last name was "Warren". Didn't give the company name. She asked me why I was being rude by after asking this info. I told her because she was a scammer and that no legitimate business wouldn't give their company's name. Also its funny that the same woman answer each time. Do not give any info. if you receive a call from this phone # 757-042-7542.
