This officer called me at work. Said cases are being filed against my ssn#. he gave me the case file number and when I asked for the court he said that county of san jose. I asked him to send me the information in writing, gave him my email address. He asked me to call him once I recevied it. that was a almost 45 mins ago. No email. and when I ran the case number against the data base nothing came up, he said it was the county of san jose... there is no county of san jose court system. so I reseached the county the san jose is under and I reseached the federal courts for my name or the name of the suppsoed company and got no hits, not one.
