Indian-sounding man identifying himself as Vince Howard with Dept of Legal Affairs called for my son, (who has not used this # for 6-8 yrs.) threatening legal action if my son or his atty didn't return his call immediately. When you return the call, a woman's voice says "Thanks for calling US Treasury Dept of Legal Affairs." Then there is a beep and nothing more. So obviously a scam. It would seem the Feds would be interested in stopping calls claiming to be from the US Govt.
