Called my cell phone & I did not answer. They did not leave a message. I get multiple calls a day on my cell and home phone from these type callers.
REPORT THE ONES YOU GET TO TE FCC. Go to fcc.com and file a complaint every time you get one of these calls. It also asks you on the complaint form if you are on the D Not Call List.

This is a robocaller. A recorded message asking me to press 1 to talk to a real person. I am on the do not call list, but these telemarketers ignore that with impunity.

They don't ignore the DNC list with impunity. You can sue them under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and make AT LEAST $1,000 per robocall! It's easy to sue them in almost all states because you can haul them into small-claims court, which only costs you, say, $25 to file the case, and you get that back when you win, which you ALWAYS will. Judges hate illegal telemarketers, too, and they'll throw whatever you want at them if you show them good evidence--phone bills, phone screen shots, etc. Mst of these illegal telemarketers--at least 90%--are in the USA, despite the nonsense you read online. So sue 'em! It's fun and profitable!
