I returned Dan Wilson's call, he asked if i was aware of a civil complaint filed against me, told him no and said he needed to provide the info, he then called me a smart ass and said he would just file my claim with the court, have me arrested, and said i hope i dont have any guns or weapons in my house when the sherrif comes to arrest me and hung up. I filed a complaint with my police department,

A FEMALE CALLED TRYING TO SAY THAT MY SISTER COMITTED CHECK FRAUD AND MADE A PURCHASE AND USED MY NAME AS A CONTACT WHICH IS BULL BECAUSE MY SISTER DOESNT EVEN LIVE IN THE SAME STATE AS ME NOR DOES ANYONE USE REFERENCES FOR A PURCHASE.SHE REFUSED TO GIVE THE NAME OF THEIR COMPANY AND THREATENED TO HAVE BOTH OF US THROWN IN JAIL

The number (770)755-5370 is being used by a group of foreign national con artists. The telephone number although it has a Georgia area code and prefix is internet based and generated by Level 3 communications. Callers will claim to be a special investigator trying to contact you about a law suit with regards to some fake credit card or some other fake debt. DO NOT PROVIDE THESE FOREIGN CRIMINALS WITH ANY OF YOUR PERSONNEL INFORMATION. Don't call them back or call them. It is an international crime / confidence scam. They tried getting info from me yesterday. I reported them the local police, who is intern involving the FBI and Secret Service. Law enforcement has them under investigation and trying to shut them down.
