Call comes in everyday over and over as many as 15 times a day...never leaves message when I answer they hang up....what is going on with these people...google shows many many people getting these strange calls from this number.

These people keep calling from Reno NV 775-412-4499. This is a old account that was already satified in 2002. Why do they keep calling anyways? They discussed this account with my new wife last year, are they allowed to do that without my written consent? Whe is the staue of limitations up on this anyways?

They can not garnish your wages without suing you first and then “winning” the case and obtaining a money judgment from Court!
Just check your local Civil Court’s records every 5-6 months to make sure that you are not being sued BEHIND YOUR BACK as it is those criminals common practice!
When they call me, I scream curse at them or I scream in a very high pitch voice to cause them some ear damage!:))))

Regular calls from 775 412 4499. No message as it's picked up on answering machine. Have no contact or dealings with any collection agency.I assume it's a scam trying to extort money.

This company is trying to collect a debt that has been satisfied. They threatened to garnish my wages and sue me. However the debt has been paid in full. When they answer the phone they are rude and demanding. Beware because they are trying to get you to pay a debt twice.
