This scammer tells me before I can say anything that my Windows has a virus. So stupid. He had an Indian accent and I could tell it was a boiler room from the noise in the background. This is the second call. The Federal Trade Commision is going after these Tech Support Scams. They will say they are with Microsoft, AVG, Avast etc. I told him he had better hang up and not call back that this was a line for police business only. He yelled at me "Liar, liar, liar!"
