I actually called this number back after receiving call from "Investigator James Johnson". I wanted to see what bullshit they would come up with. Got through to man named Steven Carter. He sounded very sincere in telling me I was facing felony criminal charges for passing bad checks or defrauding on a payday loan. Asked for certified letter, with company names, date this occurred. He refused saying I had been sent numerous emails. Argued with me about my rights.
