I received a call from a surveyor to do a survey for a chance to win a $50 target gift card. Originally I spoke to a female who transferred me over to the survey questions. I got to the a portion of the call that stated I had won a free trip so press two to be connected. That's when Nick Garris Corp ID 1053 came on the line. He told me about a Cancun Mexico and Orlando FL all inclusive trip. He took down my email address to send me over the information. He told me originally all I need to pay was a booking fee of 79.00. I was okay with that. Then he preceded to tell me that the total cost of the trip was $798.00 and I could put that I could secure the trip by giving him a card. I told him no that it's holiday time anyway. So he put his supervisor on the phone. The supervisor reiterated what Nick told me, and that it was a great deal. I said it was false advertisement, because it stated I won a free trip. He then begins to say nothing in this world is free. Why wouldn't you think you would have to pay for it. Mentioning unless I'm on welfare using a EBT card. I was shocked and I said really sir? He said yes and hung up in my face.
