Claimed my social security number was under investigation, and they were taking legal action against me due to an unpaid loan(I've never taken out a loan in the first place), I told him that I never had a loan and he proceeded to scream and call me names, and when I hung up he called back 6 more times.

claimed that I was deliquent on paying an old loan. Threated to contact the policy to have a warrent served on me immediately if I did not pay at once. Then negogiated for half to be wired to a Johnny Parker in India (he was away and the only one that could take the payment on my case). I eventually got an address from them which was a firm in Miami, Anderson Houke - that specialized in Maritime and Aviation liability and told me when I called that they get calls like this every couple of weeks.
