They will contact them on your behalf. Very easy to do and they get results. I filed a complaint against Sprint on Sunday and got it resolved on Tuesday.
Also put your phone number on the national do not call list.

Claimed that I had applied for a loan and she needed information from me. Very rude woman when I told her not to call me again. Kept repeating that she "would keep calling and keep calling and keep calling." I told her if she had any thing that she needed from me to send it in the mail. Then she said, if you don't tell me right now, I'm going to cancel this loan. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Never give anything to anyone over the phone that you did not call yourself.

They will check on this and take appropriate action. PLEASE everyone needs to do this.

Did they take your money? My brother in law is wanting to do it. He is on his way now to hopefully pick it up. I'm trying to tell him don't do it, but he's not listening.
