I've had the same call 6 times (so far) today, and twice yesterday. Same as Diana, above: says I need to call back and that this is the second call. It's always a recording, so when I pick up to tell them to remove my number from their list, no one is there. Caller ID sometimes says "Unknown", sometimes says "Miami", although it is the same number.
