My boyfriend was ALMOST scammed some money from this so called third party through Apple company. It all started when his phone stopped working and a message popped up saying "Help With My PC LLC" and a number ( 1 800 276 2163) was provided so that it would be removed. They said they were going to charge him 39.99 or 49.99 (I don't recall the amount) and they needed his information. Luckily he cancelled his credit card before it was too late. I would recommend taking your phone to an Apple store and consulting with a specialist about ways to protect your phone and information. PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER OR RESPOND!!!!! They are SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS who ought to be ASHAMED of themselves.
