This is NOT USAA... DO NOT provide information to the representatives calling from USAA. I just spoke to a rep from USAA with the who said that USAA will never call you to verify your banking information. I did not give this guy a chance to go into his little script but if you receive a call be sure to recoud the number and name of the person you speak with. The more information you can gather about these identity thieves the better.
