Said he was from Microsoft on Yonge st in Toronto. Said my computer was hacked. I was sure this was bogus so I played along. I asked which computer. he said the Microsoft one. I said they were all Microsoft. He provided a serial number. That meant nothing. He tried to get me to call up a Command window. At this point I asked for name, phone number and employee number and I would call back. I called back and when I asked for company name they hung up on me. one. He
