Called me stating that I have a case against me with bank of america. Notified her that if I did why wasnt I contacted by them directly instead of telling me I have 72 hrs to pay the debt or go to court. advs caller that I am no longer in the state and can not go back at the present time, stated that a war rant would be issued if I did not go to court on Monday. Asked to have papers mailed to me she stated that she can only give them once I go to court. Advs caller that what she is stating makes no sense and she said that she will have me put in
jail if i dont pay.
