Trying to trick you into calling them. Every time they say your name or who they are it cuts out, so you don't know who they are and it sounds as though they don't really know who you are either. Sounds extremely shady, they said that just by listening to the message you were claiming to be a who they were trying to contact, but they never said the name of who they were trying to contact. Something should be done about these kind of phone calls, you hear complaining about harassment from these callers all the time but nothing ever seems to be done about them.
