Second call from this number. First time, I missed the call, called back, and it also asked me for a PIN. This time I answered, and they told me they were not solicitors, but a company that assists people in getting out of debt. They asked if I had student loans, medical bills, etc, that I was behind on. I told them I didn't and to take my name off their list. Not sure where they got my info. I graduated college 6 months ago, and am about to start paying on loans, so maybe that's why?
