Rick Southwick is a very annoying Realtor. He ignored my "No Realtors please" statement on Forsalebyowner.com and ignored that fact that I am on Keller Williams do not call list. After telling him I was not interested in his help he continued to harass me with questions. I told him flat out that I was no longer interested in talking to him and his response was "why don't you just hang up then?" What an a$$hole. Nobody should ever do business with Rick Southwick.
