Caller wanted to do a telephone survey. Hung up when I did not answer question.

Caller hangs up when I answered the phone. I called number back and gets a busy signal. A young man answered the phone once and said it was a wrong number and also the lady stated she had just got a new phone and my number got crossed with hers. Right! Report harassment to phone company. Now caller is using another number 308-282-0596.
T-Mobile provides service with whatever area code subscriber wants. This should be illegal. Call Federal Trade Commission and complaint and they will enforce that T-Mobile use state area code for locate cell phone subscriber.

Some woman wanting to do a telephone service related survey on my work phone. And when my other line started ringing, I told her to hold. When I came back, she was gone. She then proceeded to call every 40 minutes since. I am going crazy with these calls and no matter how many times I hang up, they just keep coming!!!!
