The case involves "Fraudulent activity associated with your SSI#" or a "Debt that is outstanding." Basically they claim that they are going to sue you in court for a debt that either does not exist or is past the statute of limitations for collection. They call your home, work and family in hope that someone will pay them to go away. Report these scum to your states attorney general and local office of the FBI. They have stolen millions of dollars from people who have just "Paid them to go away." Under no circumstances provide them with any information and alert family members that if they are called regarding you that it is a scam and they should just hang up.
