My mother received a call just like these others: civil investigations unit, claim and affidavit #, respondent in a court action and must appear, contact #903-393-4089 restraining order, etc., Blah, Blah, and Blah! I'm just going to report it to the local police so that it can be recorded, then I'm just going to wait.I'm not worried even if its legit, its the wrong name.

I received an automated message on my phone from this number saying that I had a litigation and a restraining order, blah, blah. My aunt and my work also received the same message. I gave him my attorney's information and said that if he contacted me again, he would be violating the fair practices act. He said you called me. I asked him for his name and number. The number he gave me is exactly what showed up from the missed call on my phone. I finally gave him my attorney's information again while he continued to talk. He finally gave up and said bye. It is still frustrating to be given such grief.
