A so called Father called asking if I had been talking to his son. POF website has an 18 year or older statement when joining. I said yes I have. The Father proceeds to tell me his son is only 15 and that I had been talking and swapping photos with an underage boy. I said well your son protrayed himself as older man and surely did not look like a child. The father proceeds to say that his son broke his $1300 computer trying to hide our conversations. First of all this guy seeked me out and started the conversation. It's not my problem they were not watching their child. I was then given an ultimatum to either pay the $1300 or see them in court. That kinda made me feel like omg what if someone sees me as some damn molester when I'm not. I went to my local police and discussed what happened and told it was a scam happening to many. So I googled it and lo and behold many people are getting the same crap scam. Be careful who you talk too and don't give give out random pictures. Lesson learned.
