Billy Seavey of S&N Communications had one of his employees willfully destroy ALL of my organic fruit plants while leaving the sunflowers alone that were in the same bed. He said he would take care of the plants by making the employee buy the fruit I would have got, deliver it to me, prep the ground in the fall and spring with organic fertilizer, start organic fruit of the same type and transplant them on my property all at the vandal's time and expense. The destruction was on 27.6.12 and he said he would come by on 30.6.12 to see the damage and get my statement. The time was set, he agreed to come by and NEVER showed or called. I found out he knowingly lied to me about being in town because he was on holiday. The corporate office will notified of the destruction of personal property and lying. The neigbhour's plants were left alone. They also cut Comcast's cable line on purpose and said they will not pay them to replace the line. Anyone who does work at his house, destroy his plants. He has NO defense as he allows & tells employees to do it.
