Scammer. I've been bombarding his phone with calls, reported the number, and posted the number on several YouTube channels regarding IRS scammer. Hopefully his phone is blowing up.

Caller belligerently informed me that I was under investigation by the IRS. He spoke so quickly I couldn't respond, and it was like he was leaving a voice mail even though I had answered. He said I or my lawyer should call him and made a threat of dire consequences if I should ignore the call. When I returned the call (immediately) I asked what I was being investigated for. He said I should have my lawyer call him. I repeated I need to know what it is about so I can get the correct type of lawyer. "Officer Garry" said he couldn't tell me. When I said if I'm being investigated I need to know why, he said to have my lawyer call him and hung up. I guarantee, I am NOT having my lawyer call him, nor will I call again.

I received the same call, but the first part of the voice mail message was cut off, so I don't know who was calling. I'm shaking in my sneakers now!

The low IQ foreigner with a heavy accent said: "I am the IRS and this call is for you. Now don't try to disregard this message. If you or your attorney of record do not return this call all I can do is wish good luck as the situation badly unfolds on you..."

I received a call like this on my landline about a year ago from a different number. This time they got my company cell phone so I know it's a scam. I laughed when he said "I am IRS" and said "no you're not" & hung up. I called back from my desk phone which has caller ID blocked and he answered and immediately hung up. I may call back a few more times just to see how he likes being bothered.
