Yet another unwelcome call from this Moorpark VOIP arrived today, more than 1 year since the last call on May 2, 2016. Once again, when the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
According to many posters, this is a scam solar energy contractor (probably unlicensed), of whom many are illegally dialing for dollars. The perpetrator may pretend to be from the DWP or the Edison Co.
Scam artists like this are the reason you should LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS!
