We don't need a lower mortgage done told them that they won't leave us alone our house is already taken care of and it will be paid off if either of us should pass away got insurance for that to ,everything is included in our payments cannot beat that we have escrow all tied into one low payment , Proud of what we have and definitely do not want to change a thing ,plus our payments maintain the same all the way through ...Got that done with too. A good agreement should not even be tampered with !do not need this....

This was "Broker Match" calling about lowering my mortgage rates. Um, I don't HAVE a mortgage. Anyway, I played along as I ALWAYS do, and the operator assured me that I would receive offers from brokerages soon. Less than 5 minutes later, Quicken Loans called from Detroit. 25 minutes later, after getting zero results for my credit score ("Wow, weird - I'm going to have to contact tech support...") using my (completely bogus) SSN, he promised to contact me again. Cool - in the meantime, I filed a complaint with the BBB, against Quicken Loans, for violating the law by disregarding the National Do-Not-Call Registry. Actually, this is the SECOND complaint I've filed with the same office for the same issue. The first time, they promised it wouldn't happen again. If you don't like these calls,in violation of the DNCR, you might want to let Quicken Loans know how you feel...
