Said he was from my phone company. I asked which company, he said Century Link, I told him we do no have that company, he tried to tell me he was looking at our records and it said we did. I just hung up. This is the second time this week I have received this call. Caller sounds like they are calling from India.

The affiliates the I spoke to were rude and frustrated and caused me to feel the same as well as confused. They said they were from the phone service provider of the business and they pushed me to agree to change the rate of the owners plan. I am not the decision maker I am just a cashier and they continued to pursue my compliance. A representative even lied to me saying they had already spoken to the owner and I was just needed to confirm. I hung up to call the owner and no contact had been made from that company to the owner and they asked that I would not come in contact with this company again
