The guy with this number (817-925-9708) likes to call girls found online, waste their time on the phone, set a supposed "appointment", then never show or answer his phone. He will "talk you up", promising lots of things, essentially wasting your time on the phone. He clearly has no life. He's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but definitely a tool, nonetheless.
