Offering wholesale rates from the phone company I am currently using. They said they had to manually enter my phone numbers into their system, it is mandated by the FCC. I would not commit today because I did not know enough about this company. I asked him for his phone number so I could call him back and he said they were only an inbound call center. But that he could call me back. Not sure of the outcome, but googling this number, everyone says to stay away.
