Another unwanted call from this Panorama City cell number arrived today, just 2½ months since its last unwanted call on March 9. Once again, when the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.

Posters have identified the perpetrator as Reliant Home Solutions, an alleged scam contractor and serial telecriminal. Its bad behavior has led the website www.whitepages.com to describe the number as "scam or fraud." A SCAM IS A SCAM IS A SCAM!
