Today someone called and claim she is from collection agency. She told me our business's electricity will be disconnect within the next 2 hours due to non payment. I called this phone number 818-582-5991 back and told her my is set up auto pay and I have have confirmation number that it is paid. I ask her my account number and was told she can't give me the information. I told her I will call my electric company and she insist the power will be disconnect within an hour and demand I go to 7/11 store in Mckinney to pay. Will give me instructions how to pay. I refused. I hang up and call my power company and due to Black Friday, I can't get hold of anyone. So I call my sale rep and was told this is a SCAM.
please STOP THESE PEOPLE SCAM MORE VICTIMS.
