Received a call from this number asking if I had a lawyer. I said no, then they said that there was an out standing bill from a on-line payday from First National something. He said that this was going to the Federal Court and they would be contacting my employer. The great thing is that I transfered to another company, so they won't be able to find me now.

I received the same call, I think it is strange that he would actually ask for an attorney, knowing that it is a scam.
Report them all to the BBB as well as the Attorney General
This person would not let me talk to a supervisor or talk to an "English" representative, nor tell me which company he was calling with...very annoying and rude man.
