I received cut off voice message but the information I did get stated that an Officer Richard Parker with the IRS. If the call wasn't returned he would send a legal warrant for my arrest. Told me I needed to call 830-460-5010. Very think accent!

I too also received the same call and message today. The heavy accented male caller "Richard Parker" states he was an officer with the Internal Revenue Service needing to discuss my legal case. Attempted to get me to obtain a signature loan with my bank to make a payment to avoid legal proceedings that were to happen within the next 24-48 hours. I have contacted the IRS and spoke with a real IRS representative about my account and verified no legal actions taking place on my account. Beware of his number!!!!

This man left two messages on my voice mail claiming to be officer Richard Parker from the IRS. He wanted me to return his phone call regarding my so-called "case".
First of all this Richard Parker had a very heavy foreign accent, definitely not European. Basically like the john smith from India.
Second they would have contacted me prior to making a "case". Total scam going on probably trying to obtain social security numbers.

I received the same call as Pam. The call came from 830-460-5010. I called back. The caller said he was an officer in the IRS investigation unit. He demanded my criminal attorney info and told me he knows I didn't file my taxes. Then he said the police will be by my house shortly to arrest me.

Called and claimed he was from IRS and if call wasn't returned he would send police to have arrested. This is a business so know it was a scammer call.
