I guess this call is just a fraud. I got this voice mail from a John Spartan asking me to call him back (it was a different number he gave) because I need to settle some debt and if I don't cooperate, I will be legally liable. I got scared but then when I called the number back, it was disconnected. After a couple of days, the same John Spartan called and left the same message again. This time I thought of googling the number and so I did. I found out that many people think this is a scam and they're out to victimize innocent citizens. By the way, this John Spartan has an obvious foreign accent.
