They originally called and lest a message that was very threatening. Said they were a legal couloir office and tht I had been notified and served. They didn't tell me what the call was about at all. Left a call back number. First time I called the guy that answered was very rude and told me I have to go to court (of which he didn't know that date) he tells me I will be served with papers for a court date and that there is no way to stop it. I hang up and call back and get a lady on the phone. She's nicer and her story is a little different. I can pay what I "owe" to stop the court problem. None sounded professional and it all seemed like a scam to me. They didn't have my address I have lived at for years so they asked for it, they asked where I worked which I don't, they only knew my phone number but that was it. They wanted me to tell them my social security number and give them a credit card number to "stop" the courier from serving me a court date. The courier had called with an unknown number.
