I have had conversations with enemies that were more pleasant than this collection call. He called my cell phone while I was at work and when I kindly asked him if I could call back later because I was at work, he said "I don't care if you are at work. We need to get this settled, today." I asked to speak to his supervisor who said, they hired this man to do a job and he's good at it.
