Was called at work with threat of having a warrant out for my arrest for fraud (case number 904368TX2014). When I called them back the next day I was told I had to resolve the matter within the hour or the warrant would be released. I had assistance in getting the matter resolved and was told that I would receive confirmation that the matter was resolved in the mail in 5 business days. It has been 3 weeks since the matter was taken care of and I have not received confirmation yet. When I call the number back I get a recording that this number is not set up to receive calls at this time. I believe this to be a scam and wish to find out who and where they are at so I can sue them and/or have them arrested for this scam and have the money returned to my assistant that helped me out in this matter. I was also told that the attorney for this group is Frank Johnson but cannot find anyone under that name in Houston TX that is an attorney for this group.
