I got so tired of this number calling, I finally answered to see what they want.
IT IS A SCAM.
They make up false debts and threaten legal action.
But wait! They are such nice people they are willing to settle for a fraction of the amount. Just hand over your credit card information now.
Apparently there are enough naive and easily frightened people out there that they get away with it and keep doing this.
When they yell, "See you in court," reply, "When I see you in court, you'll be the one going to prison for scamming people."

They get really angry when you tell them they are ghetto hoodrats, and should get a real job. They sound like a bunch of kids working for low level criminals. I told one of them to get a real job and she lost it.

This is an alleged phone scam, calls daily, uses number for a while gets nowhere, restarts same alleged scam with a different number, always asking for a nonexistent person.
