They called my mother-in-law today and asked for me by my maiden name which I had when I lived in another state. They said there was a legal matter filed against me and that I need to go to our county courthouse today to sign a form, and left a case #. They did not say they were a collection agency or state what they claim I owed. She offered to give them my phone # and P.O. Box but they were not interested.
They probably want you to give them your info and payment over the phone.
