My son got a call for a collection (they also called and harassed everyone in our family first) they claimed company name was Gabriel and Associates, I spoke with a Megan Blake ex. 1067 she claimed to be a paralegal said he took out a loan feb 2014 for $300 now with interest $720 - my son never took out this loan, he spoke to them, they had his job from 4 years ago and same for address.
I got on the phone to push for bank info and why they had not notified or sent anything by mail. They pushed me off to a second individual names Melissa Lancaster who now said the company name was Fast Cash Jeannie she claimed they had my sons SS number, address etc. she went on about civil judgement, fines, and on and on. I told her I wanted a letter stating what it is they are trying to collect and details, she then transfered me to Kelly Stein who was supposed to send me the letter, she completely ducked my request saying they would send to the address they have on file, when I pressed her that was not even our address, she said that is where she is sending it...she then told us to legal up and get ready for court. This is harassment, deception, and horrible ....I hope these girls find better work that actually makes the world a better place to be. We believe they are buying old on line loans and information and recycling trying to scam. Don't fall for it xo
