Did he ever diliver you "paperwork"? I got a call from him yesterday claiming he will be stopping by this coming Monday; and, to make myself available all day. Same callback # 844-376-7176. Never said what company or organization he is with.

Anonymous caller left message on the line stating "my name is James Davenport & I'm going to stop by your job Thursday. I'm with Legal Carrier etc. call back @ 844-376-7176." Beware to those who buy old debt accounts or spyware. My info has been sold to companies likely from a payday loan company. A bunch of crooks.

Called and gave me the same message. Its noon now, still a no show. I called the number provided. They knew ALL of my information, including my SSN. I reported this information to the Federal Trades Commission, since no loans are present on my current credit report. Was informed it was likely a scam. I'm waiting to meet this man face-to-face to present my findings to him to see his reactions, and the outcome.
