Two phone calls 1 on September 30, 2016 the second on Monday October 3, 2016. Both calls were for the following: "Notice to serve you with intent to appear in court
unless I receive a release order with regard to the complaint being filed against you. I will be coming out to your residence or place of employment within the next 72 hours. For safety precautions, I will be with a uniformed officer.
