Was told he was from a litigation firm, and was calling to inform be I owed a $300 loan from 2012. Said with taxes, interest, legal fees, and court filing fees would total $3000.00, and a courier was going to deliver me a summons to appear in court. He then stated if I could pay the amount in full by close of business today, he could stop legal action, or he could work out a payment plan. $150.00 today, and $150 a month until balance was paid. Was also told numerous attempts to collet had been sent to me via mail, which was a lie. The call came on my cell phone. I didn't even have this cell # in 2012. SCAM?
