Yes, said that my husband owed 1260 from ACH for a payday loan and the ACH was worthless and he would be picked up from his place of work and needed to turn himself into the courts. I looked this number up online and found this sight. The first call came in from a 214 390 5662 and the guy said he was a detective from Wisconsin however the 214 area code is from carollton tx. THIS IS SUCH A SCAM AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE

Deborah Turner called to threaten me with a warrant and to be picked up at work for a bill. Really! also told me Their Attorney Tammy Larson would be pressing charges against me for not paying $1000 today! I'm filling a complaint witht he consumer protection office and witht he Attorney Generals office. I have her threats on tape. Proof. When they call again I advise everyone to record conversation from your iphone.

These people called me and told me my husband was going to have a warrant out for his arrest soon for felony fraud charges. They wanted me to pay 1000.00 right away on something from 2011. I asked them for a tax id for a license number for the business and I was cussed out by them. They told me they were going to my husbands work to pick him up and arrest him. These people sound very serious on the phone and try to scare you into paying them. DONT PAY THEM they are a scam.

This guy calls and leaves a message on my phone:
"Yeah(?) this message is intended for Steve Albert this is investigator Jordan Hamilton with Hamilton tape(?) and Associates. Calling to formally advise you to pending felony Warts that will be about against you at your home or place of employment in the Commonwealth of Virginia. If you wish to issue a pre-trial statement have you or your legal representation contact this office immediately. The number here tomorrow for form 214-390-5662. Case you failed to respond to the mandated letter just be documented as your final notification. You have reached of course good luck."
So I call him back and lay into him (no cuss words at all) He pretends to be talking to someone in the back ground about tracing my number. Then he tells me that I will be picked up by the police shortly, then hangs up on me. So I call him back and tell him I am reporting him to law enforcement for trying (weakly) to pretend to be a member of law enforcement, again he hangs up. By my 5th call he is crying and telling me he got a wrong number. by my 15th call he has used reverse look up and knows my name, but that don't concern me none. What does concern me is that Jordan answers his phone (if he doesn't be sure to leave a short message) His number is 214-390-5662.
